The Adcraft CTS-1800W Fresh Shot sandwich steamer is designed to warm foods quickly. It can also be used to retherm cold, precooked food. At the push of a button, the unit delivers a blast of steam at 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the steamer has a self-contained water reservoir, it does not need to be hooked up to a water line. Users must instead refill and dispose of water throughout the day. The unit is able to withstand heavy-duty rigors of everyday use, the countertop steamer has a rust-resistant stainless steel exterior. The top has a black powder coating that also resists corrosion and prevents chipping and peeling. Because the pan well is made of cast aluminum, it can be cleaned up quickly.
